Title: The mean field stubborn voter model

Abstract: We analyse the effect of a fat-tailed waiting time distribution in the voter model on the complete graph with $N$ vertices. Our main result is the existence of a limiting infinite voter model on the slowest updating sites. We further derive explicitly the consensus probabilities in the limit model. To obtain these results, we study properties of the coalescing system of random walks that forms the dual of the limit voter model and prove, among other auxiliary statements, that the limit models comes down from infinity.
